I was born in Ireland, one of eight children and went to Saint Mel’s College, Longford, Ireland with the intention of becoming a priest, but Spirit had other plans and their plans were, are and always will be so much more important and greater than mine.
Learning to become my true self has been a life changing process that has several times made me cry, laugh, explore, think like never before, and become grateful for what I needed to learn to become more happy with my life and be myself.
I married; I have two sons who are priceless and both my marriage, my divorce, and being a Dad has helped me learn to get more connected with my life at several levels more than before.
My desire and true aim and intent is to help you with the best of my ability with what I can offer you, and also to others within my journey of mind, body and spirit. I feel blessed in so many ways, and have Spirit and so many people to thank for helping me become much more aware of the journey than ever before. I have a strong belief that what happens in life, and when it happens, it is for a reason and even if we do not understand it at the time, we can look back and see the reason for change then which impacts on life now.
Comment – The soul is who we really are and just a breath away. The body is what allows us to have all of our life experiences. When we have experiences, we change and evolve in our lives, but who you really are is your soul. This is what you bring with you everywhere in life.
BODY - I entered a competition for a weekend of complimentary therapies and won it.
Before then I was unaware of the gift I was offered by the Universe which seemed to know me better and offered to me at that time the opportunity for me to learn about healing mind, body and spirit. When you connect and work on even one of these, the benefits manifest in all three and release tensions and allow more energy to flow. That weekend was to change my life and I was so impressed with these beautiful complimentary therapy treatments, I thought I was in Heaven, and if not, then Heaven also exists in life. I trained and qualified as a massage therapist, aroma therapist, reflexologist, sports therapist, and in the discipline of Indian Head Massage.
MIND – After qualifying in complimentary therapies I became more aware of the mind and what it does when connected and aligned to the body and Spirit, and the joy of being in alignment and feeling oneness with the Universe. Life becomes meaningful and has a purpose and shows us the huge difference between hard work and heart work. I love heart work which is so rewarding and one of several reasons for what I now do – work with mind, body and Spirit. A healthy mind in a healthy body goes hand in hand with our spirit energy and feeling the pulse of life. Using Divine affirmations, balancing Chakras and creating sacred space to grow and change is life changing. Getting to know how to think and process thoughts better lifted my spirit into a strong desire to use the gifts given to me and share them with others.
SPIRIT – what a great gift to be offered - a link to the Source and beyond life itself. I had no idea that I would ever become a medium, and again I can only say how the Spirit world works is amazing and to know Spirit is to know infinite and constant love surrounds you. I was searching for something more in my life that I felt needed to happen and as it was so strong, the feeling inside, I could no longer ignore it. My search was for a link to the Spirit world and bring it into my life. I was privileged to discover during 1988 that there was a Spiritualist Headquarters in Belgravia, London, and when I discovered it, I knew I had come home, and earth was where my soul needed to be and remain in this world with a purpose. The Medium, Reg Truslove, gave me a spirit message communication and it was life changing, and I can honestly say I cried like a baby when I received it as I thought I would never hear from loved ones until I passed over. It was the inner world journey and I was so happy to be surrounded by Angels and loved ones and know they touched my soul. I joined his Spirit Development Circle and experienced physical mediumship, transfiguration, direct voice and I travelled down the tunnel to the other side and became aware of Spirit guides and helpers and loved ones being there and linking with me. As an added advantage of the Spirit Development Circle I was in invited to serve Spiritualist Churches as a Medium and I continue to serve them today which is a great honour and privilege.
